CHECK-IN FROM 12 MIDDAY – We require all arrivals to be in the park before dark.
That’s 5 pm in WINTER (June, July & August) – 5:30 pm during AUTUMN and SPRING (March, April, May, September, October & November) – 6 pm during SUMMER (December, January & February).
CHECK-OUT BY 10 AM
All bookings and cancellations at Keppel Sands Caravan Park are accepted in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
Once a booking is confirmed, an agreement exists with Keppel Sands Caravan Park and you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and conditions.
All bookings require a deposit or payment of site fees to secure a site. Payments are subject to card surcharges.
Bookings for TWO (2) WEEKS OR LESS require full payment of site fees due at Check-in.
Bookings for 3 days or less are required to be paid in full at time of booking. Full payment is required for all bookings for Public holidays/Long weekends. Minimum stay requirements may be applicable.
No refunds for delayed arrivals or early departures.
We reserve the right to relocate bookings to ensure the effective running of the park – site numbers are not guaranteed therefore a site requested may change.
Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian whilst staying in the park.
Pets are accepted at the Manager’s discretion by prior arrangement at time of booking. The Park must also be notified on arrival if pets are staying.
All guests with pets must have current proof of vaccination to be presented on arrival and will be required to complete our Guest Pet Declaration Agreement.
Fees and charges may be subject to change without notice.
Failure to arrive for a booking on day of check-in without notification will result in the cancellation of the booking with no refund of monies paid. Payments will only be refunded by the same method in which they were received.
As we have no control over the weather there are no refunds for inclement weather conditions.
If you are concerned about this, we suggest you consider travel insurance.
Terms and Conditions for Cancellations or Change of Reservation Dates vary according to the booking season and must be advised via email and may be subject to administration fees.
Cancellation of OFF PEAK SEASON bookings received more than 72 hours prior to arrival can be processed either of 2 ways:
- The deposit/payment is held as a credit in your Guest Client Account less a $30 administration fee and will be available for use within 12 months unless ‘Special Conditions’ are noted, or
- A refund will incur an administration charge of the first night’s site fees. Card surcharges are non-refundable.
No refund of deposit/payment for cancellations within 72 hours of your arrival date for Off Peak Season bookings.
Cancellation of PEAK SEASON bookings (Christmas/Easter/School Holidays/Long Weekends/Public Holidays) received more than 14 days prior to your arrival date can be processed in either of 2 ways:
- The deposit/payment amount is held as a credit to use towards a future stay less a $30 administration fee and be available for use for 12 months, subject to availability, unless ‘Special Conditions’ are noted, or
- A refund will incur an administration charge of the first night’s site fees.
No refund of site fees/payments for cancellations of PEAK SEASON bookings within 14 days of your arrival date.
