Conditions of Stay & Park Rules

The following requirements are for your safety and comfort as well as all other guests. Please read them carefully.

OFFICE RECEPTION HOURS: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm daily.
CHECK-IN is from 12 noon – CHECK-OUT is before 10 am. 

We require guests to arrive before dark. That is by 5 pm in Winter (June, July and August) – 5:30 pm in Spring and Autumn (March, April, May, September, October, November) – 6 pm in Summer (December, January, February).                         

Park facilities are complimentary for Guests.

SITES:  Vehicles are not to be driven or parked on slabs. Only 1 vehicle per site allowed & must be parked on your own site.  Sites are to be left free of rubbish, without damage. Any damages are to be reported to Reception and may be subject to fees for repairs. Only BREATHABLE OPEN WEAVE ground cover is permitted for use on grass-only sites. PLASTIC MATS/CARPET/VINYL/TARPAULINS are not permitted for use on the grass.

BOOM GATES: Please ensure the boom gate arm is down before entering your PIN number. You must enter your PIN number EVERY time you enter/exit- failure to do so will mean you are unable to get back into/out of the Park. Do not allow any other person to use your PIN number. Your PIN number is for 1 vehicle only- and does not permit access for a second vehicle.

SPEED LIMIT within the park is 10 km/hr (WHICH IS WALKING PACE) AT ALL TIMES and applies to the entire park for all vehicles. All roads are shared by pedestrians and motorists.

CARAVANS AND TRAILERS: All vans and trailers must be placed onto the site so the drawbar, as approved by the registration, is facing the road or access so immediate removal can be undertaken in the case of an emergency.

KEYS are to be returned to Reception or placed in the early departure key box when departing. A charge will apply for amenities keys not returned.

CHILDREN: Guests are responsible for their children at all times. Children under 12 years of age MUST be accompanied and supervised by an adult (not an older brother or sister) when using AMENITIES, POOL, MINI GOLF and PICKLEBALL facilities. Management takes NO responsibility for children unsupervised within the park.

GUESTS are responsible for the behaviour of any visitors they have during their stay. If you have extras who stay overnight with you, you must notify Reception – fees may apply. Visitors are required to register at office on arrival to the park. Visitor vehicles are not permitted within the Park. Persons failing to observe or who breach any Park rules will be personally liable and asked to vacate the park immediately. Drunkenness/offensive behaviour will NOT BE TOLERATED under any circumstances.

POOL NO glass items are to be taken into the pool area. No diving, bombing or running is permitted.

MINI GOLF/PICKLEBALL AREAS: Equipment is available for guest use. Equipment is to be borrowed and returned to Reception by an adult guest with a security deposit required. Equipment not returned will incur replacement charges. Children MUST be supervised by a responsible adult whilst using these facilities.

HELMETS must be worn at all times while riding bikes, scooters, skateboards within the park. Riding is only allowed during daylight hours and ONLY ON ROADWAYS (not on footpaths, through sites or gardens).

BBQ AREAS: Please clean barbeque after use. Please clean tables, benches, appliances and equipment after use and leave tidy for the next guests.

NO SMOKING/VAPING in any communal areas – Amenities, Laundry, BBQ/Camp Kitchen/Pool/Mini Golf/Pickleball areas.

PETS are to be kept on a lead at all times; animal waste is to be picked up and disposed of; pets must not be left at the park without their owner.
Pets are NOT PERMITTED in communal areas – BBQ areas, Mini Golf, Pickleball Court, Pool, Amenities, Laundry.
Pets that disturb other guests (excessive barking/aggressive behaviour) may be removed from the park.

NOISE is to be kept to a minimum after 9 pm.

FIRES are prohibited in the park, including the use of braziers. Gas operated cookers and heaters only are permitted.

GENERATORS are NOT to be used in the park.

POSSESSIONS: Care must be taken of your own possessions. Your property, including your motor vehicle, is your responsibility. Management takes NO responsibility for theft or damage. NO refunds or reimbursements for loss or damage will be given.

Parking of boats/trailers will be at the discretion and direction of Management.
No mechanical repairs are to be undertaken to vehicles on Park grounds. Washing of vehicles must be approved by Management.

We reserve the right to evict guests from the park who are deemed by Management to be *Behaving in a socially unacceptable way * Causing damage * Disturbing other guests * Breaking the Park Conditions of Stay *Having extra persons on site that were not declared. NO refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused
